Policies and Procedures

With all of the excitement of your photo shoot, it’s easy to forget that we’re working really hard to get you the marketing tools you deserve. Here are some of our policies that keep the business end of things running smoothly, so we can concentrate on having fun the day of your shoot.


  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session. The deposit is 50% of your total session fee.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Returned checks are subject to a $40 service charge.

  • We require 3 business days to reschedule. Rescheduling short of 3 business days is subject to a $25 rescheduling fee plus half of your deposit.

  • Cancellations or no-shows are subject to loss of full deposit - no exceptions!

  • If we are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we will try to reschedule your appointment or refund your full deposit.

  • We do not reshoot for any reason - we take pride in getting it right the first time.
